Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and events occur that prevent you from attending a crop you have paid for.  Please note our policy in the the event that you have to cancel your registration:

If there is a waiting list for an event, I will attempt to find a replacement.

If you or I cannot find a replacement and you must cancel your reservation, you will be given a refund based on the below times:

• Cancellation 31+ days before event:  Refund less $25 cancellation fee
• Cancellation 30 days or less before event:  NO Refund

There are no refunds for "No Shows".  You will be considered a "No Show" if you do not attend the event and do not notify us prior to the event.

No refunds will be granted due to natural disasters, national emergencies or Acts of God as we are still obligated to the venue.  If our venue is open, then the event will be held with no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.  If an event needs to be cancelled due to venue closure, no penalty fees will occur and the event will be rescheduled for a later day.
